We're not even halfway through 2018, and there's no end of huge things happening. The Savage team has grown significantly, you're reading this in a new section of our brand new online platform, a huge new Procreate update is nearly finished, and last week we launched Procreate Pocket 2 for iPhone.

Procreate Pocket 2 was a massive undertaking, and we're so pleased that it's finally now on your iPhones. It took a lot of late nights, coffee, and takeaway food, but we’re really proud of the update we've released. Your feedback has been incredibly generous and positive so far, and we’d like to say a special thank you to all the dedicated members of our community who helped with testing this update throughout the beta period. We couldn’t have done it without your help.
Procreate Pocket isn't even the only new product we've launched this year! Procreate Portfolio is an new online community built entirely from scratch by Nate, Nick, and James over the last nine months. The site is all about making it easy to share your artwork, curate your favourite pieces from the community, and connect with other artists.

Notifications were recently implemented to allow community members to more easily stay up to date, and Insight is the newest section of the site to explore. Here we’ll be sharing announcements, updates on what we’re doing, discussions with digital artists, and tips and tricks for getting the most out of Procreate and Procreate Pocket.
You might notice that the site still says Beta, which just means we’re not done building cool stuff yet. In the coming months we plan to implement a bunch of useful features, including the ability to follow artists and view their uploads in your feed, a Marketplace system for buying and selling custom Procreate brushes, and much more.
Of course, we know you’re excited to find out what’s next for Procreate for iPad, and you’ll be pleased to hear that the next update is right around the corner. It’s going to contain some of the most highly requested features ever from our Procreate community, and it’s coming in 2018. We’re not ready to say any more just yet, but keep an eye out for more information soon!

Our team has grown to nearly 20, with new additions to our Engineering, Creative, and Communications teams. Pocket 2 was actually the first product launch for quite a few Savages, and the addition of their talent, dedication, and company has only strengthened the Savage team.
This does mean that our offices have gotten a little cramped, so we've just leased the other half of our building. Renovations have begun, and before too long we'll be able to stretch out into the second half of our building. Matt and Joe in particular are very excited to finally have a door on their office.
No matter how big our team is, we want to keep sharing more with you about who we are and how we work. We're already preparing some stories and interviews to share over the coming months so you can get to know each of us a little better. In the meantime, here are a few pictures so you can put faces to names.
